Ben Campbell, a gifted student at the prestigious MIT, is forced to divide his time between his studies and odd jobs in order to pay his tuition. When a group of equally gifted students spots him, they offer him a chance to participate in a much more lucrative game. Every weekend, this small group of outstanding mathematicians travels to Las Vegas to play blackjack under false identities, with rules that no longer owe anything to chance.
