Julie and Jason are long-time friends who get along like thieves in a fair. The two thirty-somethings see their friends' couples tear each other apart one by one; when they decide to have children, the latter sap all their energy. Wanting to do things differently, Julie and Jason decide to have a child, but without there being a love story between them. Each is free to establish a relationship of their own, provided that they never neglect the fruit of their union. A surplus of freedom that will not always be obvious, especially over the years.
