London, today. A serial killer is attacking the police force. Brant, a violent inspector with unconventional methods, takes charge of the case with Sergeant Nash, a cop who is much more respectful of rules and conventions. This atypical duo will never stop tracking down the killer, completely crazy, who taunts the police every time he commits a murder.
