Driven by the lure of profit, a criminal lawyer gets involved in drug trafficking on the American-Mexican border. Engaged to the beautiful Laura with whom he is madly in love, he dreams of living the high life with her. He then seeks advice from Reiner, a friend already involved in cocaine trafficking, who opens the doors of the underworld to him. The lawyer meets Westray, an intermediary in direct contact with the members of the cartel.
