Braveheart

In the 13th century, young William Wallace returns to Scotland after several years of exile. He secretly marries his beloved Murron, to avoid complying with the droit de cuissage imposed by the King of England, Edward I. Their ruse is however discovered and Murron is executed. This tragic event throws Wallace into a fierce struggle against the British oppressor, in which all the Scottish clans participate.
