City Hall Plot

The mayor of New York and his young deputy reign supreme over the city's administration. The two men form a formidable duo who skillfully manage the city's day-to-day affairs and thus enjoy great popularity. The mechanics will seize up the day when, during an exchange of gunfire between a police officer and a drug dealer, a six-year-old child is killed.
