Eight years after the disappearance of two American soldiers during the invasion of Baghdad, one of them, Nicholas Brody, reappears. When he returns to the United States, he is warmly welcomed by his compatriots. In parallel with this highly publicized return, Carrie Mathison, a CIA agent who spent several years on the ground, suspects the hero of actually acting as a spy, preparing an upcoming attack on American soil. This event series, which has been a great success all over the world, is inspired by the Israeli series "Hatufim".
