Every country in the world is now affected by a deadly epidemic and a mysterious virus called necroambulis is killing millions. The sick first lose their appetite and quickly show signs of aggression. In the United States, martial law is declared and quarantine centers are set up in all the hospitals in the country. Maggie Vogel, 16, recently infected, is admitted to the hospital, and her father Wade goes to her bedside.
