The Sorcerer's Apprentice

While still a child, Dave Stutler meets Balthazar Blake, a sorcerer with extraordinary powers who tells him that he is the descendant of Merlin and that he alone can eventually deliver the world from the forces of Evil. As an adult, Dave studies physics and tries to forget this extraordinary encounter, which obviously traumatized him during his youth, but he is forced to reconnect with his destiny and follow Balthazar's teachings when he discovers that Maxim Horvath, a malicious and particularly powerful sorcerer, has the ambition to bring back to life the indomitable Morgana, the most terrible of all witches.
