Raymond Shaw is tipped to become the next Vice President in the White House. A hero during the Gulf War, he successfully saved his patrol during a mission in Kuwait. However, Major Ben Marco, Raymond's superior, has no memory of this feat. Instead, he is assailed by inexplicable images of him and his patrol, captured and tortured.
