Almost everyone wants the skin of Tobin Frost, a former CIA agent who has been wanted for several years. During a stay in South Africa, he escapes from his pursuers by taking refuge in the American embassy. Arrested, he is hidden in a secret location and entrusted to the good care of agent Matt Weston. When their shelter is attacked, Matt manages to have Tobin moved. On the run, with armed people on their tail, the two men set foot in a plot that is beyond their control.
