Dusty is a small city plane that pulverizes fields and dreams of one day flying in competition among the fastest planes in the world. Except that the poor guy suffers from two major handicaps: he is not built for racing, and he is terribly prone to vertigo! Since he is not the type to give up on his dreams, even the wildest ones, Dusty calls on Skipper, a naval ace who helps him rank well against the formidable title holder Ripslinger.
