Dave Skylark is the host of a talk show called Skylark Tonight in which he interviews celebrities on very intimate subjects. At a party organized to celebrate the broadcast of the thousandth episode of his show, Dave and his team discover that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show. Skylark Tonight producer Aaron Rapoport immediately rushes to set up an interview with the leader. It is then that a CIA agent, Lacey, contacts Dave and Aaron and asks them to use this opportunity to assassinate Jong-un. A slapstick comedy that holds up effectively.
