The Object of My Affection

Nina Borowski, a young social worker, is not very happy in love. Her affair with Vince, a frank and macho lawyer who runs away as soon as marriage is mentioned, is far from the great love she has always dreamed of. George Hason, an educator, has been in love with a university professor for four years who is about to leave him. Nina and George meet at a social dinner. They become friends and Nina offers George, who accepts, a guest room in her apartment. Thus begins a unique relationship, the most important of their lives.
