During the summer holidays, Topper, an optimistic and whimsical little boy who tells stories that no one believes, finds a magic pencil that has the power to bring to life what he draws. Thus, in the middle of the living room of his apartment, Topper sees a big yellow rhinoceros appear. With his friend, Viggo, he decides to hide from the adults the huge hungry animal, named Otto.
