On the first day of school, twelve-year-old Trevor is given a rather unusual practical work topic by Professor Eugene Simonet: invent a way to change the world and put it into practice. More mature and more alert than his classmates, who consider the concept absurd, Trevor takes this strange proposition seriously. You can't change the world at twelve, but you can try to give hope to those around you.
