When a snail is named Turbo, it's because the gastropod is not like the others. Turbo is a snail who has only one dream in mind: to be incredibly fast. His obsession with speed has made him somewhat unpopular among his people, where slowness and caution are de rigueur. Conforming is out of the question for him. That's when a strange accident occurs that suddenly gives him the power to speed at full speed.
