Since the death of their parents, James Logan and Victor Creed have watched over each other. They joined the army and participated in all the conflicts of the 20th century. During the Vietnam War, Victor killed one of his superiors and the two brothers were sentenced to death. They then accepted William Stryker's offer to join an elite unit composed of mutants.
